How two engineers decided to simplify professional events

2023: The observationPierre and Quentin, met at ENSEM (Nancy), see the same scene repeating itself: spreadsheets, mailboxes and separate tools for a single corporate event.
Information is scattered, reminders multiply, and the results start from zero with each edition.
Field validationAfter more than 20 interviews with SMEs, agencies, communities and office managers, the need became clear: a unique tool to invite, plan, monitor and capitalize, without imposing a new account on guests.
2024-2025: Pistache SASPistache SAS is created to build this unique thread: guest page, emails from your professional email, questionnaires, program, tasks, service providers, budget and indicators.
AI accelerates implementation; team collaboration remains the heart of the product.

    Invitations go out from your work email. Guests do not need a new account; responses feed tracking directly.

    The schedule, program, and vendors stay visible to the whole team. Everyone knows what to do before the event day.

    Attendance, surveys, and the dashboard give a clear read during and after the event, not a report rebuilt afterwards.
